Really bad customer service. A young lady named Sham served me. I asked her if there was any piercing appointments free and she just ignored me. I then asked her again with no response. I then went to her colleague and she starred at me whilst I was talking to him. Super uncomfortable. I then complained and was told that she was new. That is no excuse for the rudeness. I would avoid this store at all cost.

I cant say enough good things about Damiano, the piercer who works here. He was so lovely. I had a really frustrating, confusing situation with the Astrid & Miyu retail store - I purchased (and had installed) an earring from them that was too small. I made an appointment at the same store I got the jewelry at to get this looked at, and because of a scheduling error, they rebooked my appointment here. This is not a full retail store, so they could not do a jewelry exchange here. However, there were no appointments available at any nearby locations so I could get the jewelry changed. I live in the US, so I needed to get this done now. Damiano was very kind and called another store to get the jewelry exchange guaranteed. And he very graciously offered to let me buy the jewelry at that store, bring it back to this store, and he would change my jewelry in between his other appointments completely free of charge. He absolutely didn't have to do this - he didn't make any money off of it and I'm sure had a very busy day, since all other locations had completely full schedules. I really, really appreciated it and he made what could have been a super irritating experience really not very irritating at all. Thank you Damiano!!
