Very poorly performing school, mainly attracts disruptive pupils and teachers no doubt have their work cut out. They have very poor Gcse (less than 25% even gain 5 Gcse in - including maths and English) and A-level results - hardly any will make it to top universities and prestigious courses as those leading universities like medicine, dentistry, law, mathematics etc. So their careers will be seriously affected.
