Matt Robertson
We did a baking class with Diana in February of 2020 and had a great time, as well as learning lots. The class was well sized, (4 of us in total) and run from Diana’s well sized kitchen. She supplied all ingredients and tools, and even got a free scraper to take home. We made 3 loaves each that day, so be prepared to be stocked up on good bread for days after. The class includes lunch which was great (we had some posh soups and a nice glass of wine). Diana made an amazing rosemary and sea salt focaccia on the day that you must get the recipe for. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to learn a new skill.
