Excellent from start to finish. I bought a car from an independent dealer and on collection it developed some issues. Dealer said take to Aston Martin Cheltenham to resolve. Spoke to servicing (Carter) who was polite, professional and very helpful. He communicated superbly with the dealer and myself: clear about the car's issues, accurate on timelines, and responded quickly to queries. It was possibly quite tricky for Carter dealing with both the dealer and myself but he handled it all with honesty, tact and diplomacy. I picked the car up and it now runs beautifully. Highly recommended.
