UNTRUSTWORTHY UNTRUSTWORTHY This company is a text book definition of the word, untrustworthy. Undersold a number of my wines for 13%-38% below the market without my consent. Despite numerous promises to rectify, I'm still waiting for an amicable settlement. Despite selling my wines for such a shortfall, the company still takes its sales percentage from the undersold amount. Pushing the total value lower. All effort have been made to rectify the issue without success.

WARNING SCAM COMPANY ASTON LOVELL!!!! Have got my wine but not paid me. Purport to be professional in order to get you to send them your expensive wine but really have no intention of paying. Make every excuse to avoid payment. No better than stealing it to my mind!! I am now taking court action against them. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR WINE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO JUST GIVE IT AWAY!!

I sent a list of wines, including two Petrus Pomerol so obviously Aston Lovell knew what they were getting. Asked to send photos etc. Spent whole afternoon creating these, showing bottles etc as very good. Received email stating no market for these wines, including two Petrus 1971! Really? Complete waste of my time. Luckily have a very good offer from other dealers. I wish I had read the reviews first.
