If you want to sell through these fine, I wouldn't buy through them. They have just treated a friend awfully, she offered a price on a property it was refused so she offered a higher price it was agreed, even to the point they knew my friend booked a survey, they were waiting for this to be done, then they rang my friend to say cancel the survey, they had accepted a higher offer. I know it's not illegal but it is morally wrong (not allowed in scotland). A bad review travels alot further than 10 good ones.

Looking at the 5* reviews I must be dealing with a different agent. They never answer their phone, always an excuse when you do finally get hold of them. Does not let you know if there is a promlem with a viewing. Totally unreliable, would not recommend these for the sale of any property. Good luck and well done to all those who have had good service but our experience is rubbish. Sorry Cheryl, just saying it as it is
