We always emailed them but they don’t reply, we paid long time ago and yet the ones who just paid recently just got an appointment. They’re not replying or answering the phone and giving some updates on your application. We also noticed that they put different amount of fees in different person. We are just asking for updates yet they don’t give us answers. The fee is £5,250 whoever in some people the fee is £5,310. Kashif and marie neri doesn’t reply to our emails and don’t put the ones who paid first. I will give 0 star if there is. We are very stressed because of this. Bad costumer service

I can't believe there is only 1 other review on here so far, I guess its because Aston Brooke took over the office that was originally here.... dont let the lack of reviews put you off. I completed a complicated house and Land sale and concurrent purchase using this office. Baljinder and Charlie were an excellent team that gave me prompt communications at all stages of the transactions and were very responsive to my frequent questions and communications. They were clearly the most effective Conveyancers in the chain and yhey maintained an efficient and professional approach when I'm quite sure I became a pain to deal with due to frustration with the Land Registry office. I received information on completion day as soon as it was available direct from Charlie enabling me to get the keys at the earliest opportunity. Would recommend for any conveyancing need you have.
