I have visited the Monmouth street store today and have been impressed how helpful the staff were. They helped me track down a replacement bracelet for one that i have managed to lose. The store manager was also prepared to deliver it to my home town next week when he was visiting Colchester branch.

Bought a few last minute gifts from here, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, prices start from affordable mid-upper 2 figures and go beyond. The quality feels a lot more elegant and sleek than the various other jewellers in the area. They also do some personalisation with engravings/your photos there and then. Great decisions to buy from here!

Visited the store hoping to find a special birthday gift for my mother. Was served by the most lovely young lady by the name of Lily; she took me through the entire range of bracelets and pendants, carefully explaining the metals and gemstones used. She really listened to what I wanted and was respectful of my budget. Showed me a variety of options but was never pushy or forcing a sale like in so many boutique stores! I decided to purchase a locket bracelet and the manager (very friendly Asian gentleman who’s name I have forgotten unfortunately!) guided me through engraving my purchase and putting two perfect photos into the locket. They then beautifully gift wrapped my purchase and gave me a beautiful candle as a gift, which was very kind of them! First class customer service…how it should be but sadly isn’t so often now in London…wonderful store and staff and beautiful jewellery…highly recommend and I’ll be back!!
