I had a quote from British Gas (BG) for Boiler Replacement as I had central heating insurance with them, and also 'Assured Heating Essex' as they were recommended to me by a friend. The quotation assessment was done by Lee Nichols Director & Founder (yes a boss that's actually customer-facing). Lee is a very professional and customer friendly guy. To cut to the chase on this, his company is in an entirely different orbit compared to BG, and I can whole heartedly recommend Assured Heating Essex as a local top rate 5 star company. They offer most if not all the same service cover and install options as BG, but really do put the customer front and centre of their satisfaction/quality ethos. The first lockdown meant that installation had to be delayed but communications were excellent including making a new appointment as soon as they knew they could.
