I am a stroke survivor who needed a sturdy, all terrain walker. Asking chatbots regarding my concerns about what walker to buy; or even ordering something so important online, did not work for me. I also wanted my choice of walker to be delivered fast. I tried to find telephone numbers for suppliers, but that was not always available online. Then I found Assurance Mobility, who are based in Oldham. A phone number was available, and, I spoke to Gemma. No question was too small. I asked how best to order and was given 3 alternatives: Online, eBay, or by phone. I ordered a "Topro Olympos" all terrain rollator then and there by phone. Gemma guided me through the payment process (I am a Luddite). I received my rollator in 24 hours. Even Gemma was impressed with the carrier service's speed. The Topro Olympos is a magnificent walker. It negotiates uneven pavements, grass, garden paths, cobbles, curbs, and more... with ease without jarring my body at all. The front wheel is 11 inches in diameter, so all surfaces are possible to walk on. I have more freedom than I ever thought possible. It is made of aluminium, so it is very light. There are many extras available such as a cupholder, an extra bag, A holder for an open umbrella to keep one dry, an extra bag...everything to make life easy. The best thing of all is the EXCELLENT SERVICE given by Assurance Mobility. Being disabled is not easy, but Assurance Mobility take all the difficulty out of getting appliances and things which are important to make our lives easier. Susan Samuel Horowitz-Beech

I recently had reason to contact Assurance Mobility concerning a problem with one of the brakes on my four-wheeled rollator, and within a few days a replacement part was ordered for me, and delivered to my home.
