During the lockdown in the UK I wanted to attend online classes, so I could continue to practice Aikido in a friendly and supportive virtual environment and at the same time to explore other style of tuition. I feel fortunate and privileged to have found Charles Harris Sensei and his Association of Ki Aikido which helped me to develop my understanding and practice of this style, particularly the weapon workout. Thursday sessions are really well structured, thoughtful and delivered in a way that helps students of any level to learn at a pace they feel comfortable with. I would highly recommend Ki Aikido especially now when we've started to return to our dojo and practise "in person"!

I just love Charles' style of teaching. He's endlessly patient, genuinely wants to help everyone be their best and keeps it all lighthearted. The way he breaks down the moves or groups them together makes it easy to learn. Highly recommended!
