My wife was ecstatic hoping she will get any valuable information from this association. Despite of the reviews of greedy and useless "directors" who are probably just ordinary people and have no such experience to that named position, my wife still went for it. After few months being a member, she learned more from Facebook groups. She is happy now with Narps UK. They are thorough and very professional. Well organised and knowledgable. Avoid this Dog boarders "association" at all cost. I added a screenshot of my wife's membership email confirmation since I heard from a disappointed friend of mine who used to be a member that they deny those unsatisfied members. I feel sorry for this association.
