I've emailed them several times asking if their insurance will cover a massage therapist who wishes to do oncology massage treatments, to help those suffering with cancer. I explained I have completed a VTCT accredited qualification in oncology massage at level 3. ABT still have not bothered to reply!

I switched insurance from The Guild mainly because ABT had (and advertised) VIP lounges and the Excel and Olympia beauty shows. Last year they did not have any and explained it away as 'covid'. Everyone else managed to show up to the show, sorry but I do not think just saying covid is a good enough excuse for basically being dishonest. If a company can't does not understand the value of keeping its word then I would adivse against useing them. i will certainly not be renewing my insurance with them.
