One of these guys came a towed a car from Recorder Road this morning, The guy seemed pretty incompetent, smashed a side window and left the glass all over the back of his truck and on the ROAD. At least I know who to send the bill to if I get a puncher. He was also parked on a yellow box, disrupting traffic on Prince of wales at 8:30 in the morning when it was busy! Avoid these guys!

We agreed a price over the phone. The car was collected no problems but I later received a video claiming lots of parts were missing (all of which I had previously advised were IN the car as agreed) and that I would only be receiving half of the originally agreed price. We challenged them and just got sarcastic messages in return so shall be seeking the remaining recompense in court.

Three cars collected (one of which had not moved for 12 years) in one swoop. Excellent service both from the office/admin and the lorry pick up. Really pleased to have this service and have it done so effortlessly… got a better price for the cars than quoted elsewhere too. A great team who kept me informed via WhatsApp at every stage - pick up arrangements, banking details, collection completed etc. Well done Assington Autos!
