From what started as an underfloor pipe leak through to an £80,000 insurance claim involving removing and replacing 5 floors, re-decorating 5 rooms, totally re-fabricating a bespoke kitchen over a 12 month time span, Aspray (Northampton) handled it all - nothing was too much trouble, on call 24/7. Cannot fault this company - held our hand through the worse situation ever.

I have had the great pleasure of dealing with this company (though not for pleasurable reasons of course) and what a relief!!! Bearing in mind any insurance policy/claim is usually laced with tricks, this company look through your policy and make sure you receive the support that the policy is supposed to provide and when you're stressed beyond words over the damage in the first place, it astonished me that I had never heard of a service that would take over the claim and manage it for you and the loss adjusters and the insurance company. I dealt with Laide Turvey as my regional representative for Aspray Limited and she managed to actually draw blood from a stone!!! I personally had mismanaged the claim until Laide approached me on-line when I was trying to source workman for a vandalised property and right from the start I actually thought her services were too good to be true - but I was wrong wrong wrong - this company will manage your insurance claim and charge the insurers as part of the claim so there is no money for you to pay - just the excess on the policy - which you would have had to pay regardless. The fact that Laide is a superwoman i.e. when dealing with a pandering (I won't disclose who to) loss adjuster literally saved the day. I generally avoid claiming on policies but when the damage has been carried out by someone else you have no control. The insurance company was going to fob me off with £3K and they paid out approx £20K by the time Laide had finished with them and my property was shiny and new. Thank you Aspray and thank you Laide for your compassion and intellect.
