    When looking to replace my power wheelchair I needed to see and try out my chosen make & model (I do not believe it is wise to make this type of purchase online 'unseen'). I contacted Aspire2 Mobility, they had the model I was considering and so I arranged to attend the store. Upon arrival I was greeted by the staff who had prepared for my visit, the chair was set-up and I was able to try it inside, and outside the store. The staff were knowledgeable about the product, the options available, and ordering process. The store has a wide range of disability related products, and is equipped with an accessible toilet. The chair was as I had specified when it was delivered and I am pleased with it.

    Excellent service from Krystal, Claire and Ian. Purchased at a great price a Pride iRide mobility scooter. The aforementioned members of staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.     Whilst staff were pleasant and friendly when you were there, communication was poor, we had to drive 55 mile round trip twice because couldnt get answer on phone and we were going away. Each person we spoke to was apologising for the previous one. Gave 2 stars because lent us a chair whilst mine was in for repair. Communication needs some work. Very surprised and disappointed that a mobility supplier doesn't have an accessible toilet.

    My experience with aspire2 has been nothing but positive! We met Krystal in their Oakham showroom for the first time and tried out a good selection of manual chairs. Krystal was lovely - she was not a pushy salesman and she was not trying to rush us while we were there. There was a chair in particular that I feel in love with right away and we walked away that day having placed our order for a Quickie Argon! The team were very communicative throughout the time I was waiting for my chair to be built. I had regular contact with someone from the team about finishing touches to the chair and I also had an update to explain that the chair would be running late due to issues at the suppliers end. That said, I did get my chair on time! Then, on handover day, Krystal came out to my house to deliver the chair and show me how all the levers and everything worked. All in all, it was an absolute pleasure working with Krystal and the team. I‘ve even gone back to them for a Track Wheel already!
