Dirty, crowded, noisy. No dedicated area for frequent flyers/business pax. Finding a table is hard enough, but a clean one is impossible. Always crumbs everywhere and empty drinks dont get cleared. Possibly the worst lounge in the UK.

This was our first time in aspire we have used others but our first time here- we used this one as it came under our monzo benefit for having a premium account with them (FYI not a worth while benefit if you only want this one! So you can't book you just have to Hope there's space with this) Aspire was average in comparison to others we have visited- food was basic, we had a choice of mac cheese, soup or chilli then some salad bits and cheese. Drinks were ok, again nothing amazing and choice was limited. There are various seating areas throughout from standard tables and chairs, sofas, and then high backed comfy chairs. There is also a quiet zone which is nice can't honestly say it was any different to any where else in there but we did sit on the "border" of the zone and general area in front of the window so watch the planes come and go! Have to say though couldn't fault the staff, friendly, helpful and generally lovely people. I would use again with the discount we got however if we paid full price each I can't say I would. Personal taste, but there were other lounges we felt were much better.

First time we've used an airport lounge. Great to have comfy seats, a quiet area and drinks on tap. Disappointed with the hot food offering, only 1 choice. Cold buffet was tasty and plentiful. Staff were lovely and very friendly- get them some air con, it's like a greenhouse in the lounge because of it's location!!
