5 star service from start to finish. I wasn’t at home for delivery or collection however the team gave instructions so I was clear how to fill and set up the hot tub. It was a great quality hot tub, worked better than the lazy spa one we have used previously. The team drained and took away the hot tub leaving no mess. I would recommend this company and we will definitely use them again.

We had a hot tub for a week and loved every minute of it. From the initial enquiry, drop off, install and pickup, Mark and Elliot were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had to take out a fence panel to get the hot tun into the garden and Elliot almost sounded surprised that I thought this would be an issue. Speedy responses to emails and very accommodating. You get exactly what you pay for. The quality of the hot tub was excellent. Can't recommend this company enough and the kids are already nagging me to book it again! Got my loyalty card ready ;-) Thank you.

This is our second time hiring from aspire and still Great service: A week hire to see in the new year: Turned up when due, clear instructions on how to use the quality hot tub it was lovely and hot and worked without any issues plus kept its temperature well while in use as well as when covered up not in use. Came to collect when arranged emptied and removed the tub with out issues nice polite & friendly staff definitely will be hiring again 10 out 10. Thanks Eliot

Professional, friendly service. Received a text update on the day to say when the hot tub would arrive and also a text on the day of collection. All chemicals were provided along with instructions and it was easy to use the tub, which was in great condition, for the whole week. Guys deal with the set up and take down of the tub leaving you to just enjoy it.
