    Do not have a brillant costume Service. Had to cancel my appointment twice because of important things. Staff Was disappointed and asked me kn my 3rd appointment if I am sure that I will come or not? What us this for a question? I will not call you and ask for an appointment if I am not sure to use your service. And cancellations for important reasons are very normal and should be tolerated very friendly. Done my hair cut in a different hair dresser. Do not recommend this hair salon because of customer service.

    I called in to see if I could get my hair cut as medication over the past few years had ruined my hair plus I've been in and out of hospital recently and couldn't cope with my long hair out of control. So Gemma came to my rescue and at my request cut my hair short. IT WAS AMAZING. I showed what I wanted and she did a beautiful cut even better than I showed her.
