    My experience with design and installation was OK - in fact it was the only local company that we trusted to undertake installation. Unfortunately I have to take 2 stars away due to damaged roof. It appears that installers have broken one tile which caused a leak and ceiling damage. Word of warning - demand photographic evidence showing the condition of your roof AFTER the job. A side note: the choice of solutions available here in England is ridiculous. In hindsight I should have hired a foreign company and imported what we wanted.

    I purchased a fireplace and surround from Exclusive Fireplaces. Unfortunately, they ridiculously ordered and installed the wrong fire. Weeks later, I am still waiting for the correct fire to arrive and be installed. To make matters worse, they keep calling at my door to try to take the wrong fire away without leaving me with the new one, just promising it will arrive some time. Well some time is not good enough! When I get the new fire, you can have the incorrect one back. Shoddy service, would not recommend this company.
