What they don't tell you when buying their doors is that it's essentially a DIY job. Nothing is prepared; no hinges on doors, the frame isn't actually cut to size and you need to do that yourself. They don't even make their own doors or frames...... Everything they sell to you is produced by another company and they just re-sell it to you. My joiner was shocked at the £900 I paid for it. He said I'd have saved £400 easily by buying the stuff separately and him doing all the work. Anyway, it's done now. One final thing........ There is a girl there called Izzy. She's been very nice when discussing a faulty part. She offered to replace it.......... Just a shame it didn't turn up. But she has good intentions, I know that for sure and it will turn up..... Just too late for my joiner who I'll have to re-book for another half day at £100.

Oak 4 panel internal french doors Product pretty good for the price, delivery was very efficient. Word of caution, a diyer with a pair of hands is possible but the flush bolts need routing, the doors are heavy etc, id advise to use a trades person

Bought some internal bifolds recently. Had a few questions before hitting buy which were very promptly answered (thanks Izzy!). Once ordered, doors arrived undamaged in 3 days! Amazing! Doors are now installed as part of a larger project and look excellent. Joiner who fitted was happy with instructions and quality of product. Would happily buy from Aspire again.

Absolutely great customer service, I ordered bi-fold doors on Friday and they managed to deliver on Monday even though I didn't ask for next day delivery; this is quite impressive as a lot of companies take at least three to four days to deliver. Communication is excellent, they called me several times to make sure I was available for delivery and gave me options as to when was the most suitable time for me. Definitely will be buying from here from now on if I need anymore doors and will be recommending this company to other people as well. Keep up the great work!

Superb customer service and next day delivery. After being let down by a competitor door company I was left urgently needing french doors. Contacted Aspire who took time to call me back, confirm they had stock and commit to a next day delivery. So in 24 hours I had the product I needed and which their competitor did not provide in over 6 weeks. Would completely recommend
