I has a very bad experience here. After the dentist I had been seeing retired it all changed. Staff are rude and hostile and they have reduced appointment times to fit in more patients. They operate as a business with focus on profit- making and are unpleasant and abrupt. It was like being on a conveyor belt of patients and they do not treat patients well. It is more about quantity than quality. You are not treated as an individual. It is in and out as quickly as possible more like a robot. I do not recommend. The reply to my review was not surprising, trying to make out I was the aggressor when the opposite was true. Both the manager and the dentist were very unpleasant despite me being in severe pain and distress due to a serious knee injury and difficulty being able to walk. My comment to the dentist about doing knee surgery was totally misinterpreted. If anyone needs to think about how to treat people with more respect it is those at Aspire.

I have been with Aspire Dental since 2016. I am an anxious patient but since joining Aspire I have been able to get any existing problems with my teeth sorted. During this time I have had a wisdom tooth extracted, a filling and a broken tooth crowned. I have a regular regime in place whereby I see the dentist (Gita) for 6 monthly checks and choose to see the hygienist (Sara) 4 monthly. Both Gita and Sara have been caring, patient, attentive and always given good after care advice. The practice is well run and organised. Jodie on reception is very flexible, where necessary, and efficient. In the present day I feel blessed to have access to such good care.

Please see below email sent to nhs england complaints glenn cameron I called this practice today to quickly cancel an apointment today at 4 p.m 30th May. I dont like using the phone due to my mental health issues/depression. But it was only a quick call so i did it. I spoke to a ''gentleman'' on reception who without any adoo told me they were puting me on hold without me opening my mouth at all, so i held on for a minute or so, but then decided to hang up as I wasnt even sure why i was on hold. This has happened to me before with this place, a bad habit they have. He called back and i explained i wasnt well and wanted to cancel the appointment for a weeks time (following on from my checkup recently and hygenist which i kept) . Now that should have been the end of the matter. But not for this person. as i was hanging up i heard him say something, and i asked what he said and he asked when i wanted to rebook. I explained i wasnt well (i am often sick due to diabetes and depression} and I said i would rebook the treatment when i could, but i had no date as I didnt know when i would be feeling better, i had flu etc as well. I felt as if i had to explain myself , which i shouldnt have to do. And i said this 2 or 3 times more than i shouldve had to. He is on reception to do a job and thats answer the phone and be courteous and cancel the appointment accordingly (i did a similar job for 20 years , a few years ago. And as i always said professional manners cost nothing. Always treat the customer well) He then told me I had to rebook within forty days and it was best to do it now and select a random day in june, , or the treatment would be cancelled under the nhs ''new rules'' Whether that information is correct or not, i dont know. I felt harrassed and badgered and stressed, as someone who doesnt use the phone often due to my mental problems, this is all pallaver that had i gotten someone professional I wouldnt have to endure I then got into an argument with him about it, which was completely stressful and unnecessary as I dont really believe there is a 40 day limit on treatment If there is, its ridiculous.I wouldnt be surprised given the state of the NHS. And i felt i was getting unnecessary grief for just calling to cancel an appointment. I uttered an expletive (am afraid that just comes with the territory when you are someone from glasgow with severe clinical depression who is being unnecessarily harrased and fed bulldshit. and grief for no aparant reason) Within minutes I received an email from this practice signed by a Sina Salatin (whether this is the person I spoke to or not i dont know) given me a lecture about my BEHAVIOUR?! How dare they. I suffer from mental health issues and depression. And i do not need to take a lecture or abuse from the likes of them. When i am just cancelling an appointment I certainly will not be back to this practice and they really need to train their staff better . This whole issue could have been avoided had (am afraid it is how this country has now become). Difficult for no reason, with a poor NHS. and had they simply just politely said. yes sir. You want to cancel, no problem. End of. Unfortunately due to this spat my depression for today is through the roof. So male receptionist. Please think about what you say to people in future. Perhaps further training would be in order

Moved to London looking for new dentist. My overall impression was that this business has become commercialised and didn’t feel any confidence in their recommendations outside of monetary value for them. Had the opportunity to return to my prior dentist, who confirmed that the treatments they recommended were unnecessary. Overall, lacked confidence in treatments.

This is the best dentist clinic I have ever been too. I called for an emergency appointment and Jodie made an appointment for me quickly and easily, she was also really welcoming, helpful and patient. I’m quite a nervous patient and Dr Gita really put me at ease and gave me plenty of recommendations on how to keep and retain my teeth, I also wasn’t shamed for not going to the dentist for regular check ups. I had an extraction and both Dr Gita and Larissa made me feel at ease and it was a painless and a pleasant experience, considering I had a tooth removed. I would highly recommend Aspire Dental & Aesthetic clinic.

I have been with this practice for many years and I cannot speak highly enough of them.Their care, advice and support has been outstanding. Any issue has been dealt with quickly and efficiently and with good humour. As a result not just my dental health but my overall health has been radically transformed. I followed their early advice and always received expert guidance. When I needed removal of wisdom tooth they even arranged it with the NHS. The front desk admin team are equally polite and very efficient. This is a 100% genuine independent review and I hope others find it useful.
