They have promised me a refund from an faulty online order and never reflected on my bank statement , I have sent many emails and nothing, they also had disabled comments on Instagram this weekend so people could stop complaining, thieves!!!!

Ordered several items 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them to be delivered. Took multiple attempts to get hold of head office to find out what is going on. They say they sent the items a week ago but Royal Mail is saying they don’t have them. For a luxury goods firm their service is very poor. I won’t be ordering from them again. Can’t comment on the items themselves, obviously, as I don’t have them.
