I haven’t visited shop in person, but placed an online order instead. It was after 4pm so I didn’t expect for it to be posted until next day. To my surprise, I got a phone call saying to expect delivery following day. Moreover, they offered to adjust watch bracelet and it fits perfectly. Great customer service, really pleased.

I would like to comment on the exceptional customer service I received from Aspens in Woodbridge. I was very upset to loose an earring that I had purchased from them during a holiday. I contacted them and asked for their help and in less than a week they identified the earring, sourced a replacement and sent it onto me. During Covid so many places have displayed disappointing levels of customer service. Thanks to Aspen for showing what can be achieved. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.
