I was told because I didn't want to take contraception "I was happy to suffer" I've been in and out of the practice for around 10 years now struggling for a diagnosis.. which after having a recent scan I was told I had what looked like typical PCOS something I've asked my gp for years if i have.. having most symptoms! Womens health is SO over looked and we are made to feel like we are over reacting when infsct some of us are truely struggling

I have never had a bad experience with surgery. I have always been treated well by all the staff from receptionists to the GPs. I know telephone queues and appointment times can be long a long wait but thats normal nowadays. Dont blame the practice, its the governments fault that we have too many people per gp practice. Its their fault you have to wait for the phone and appointments, if there was not an issue with recruitment or retention we would have more of these hardworking people. So direct your frustration to them and fix it that way, do not direct it at staff. The staff do their best in this hard situation.

Missed an appointment because of the check in service. Been waiting in the queue 10mins before the appointment, only 1 receptionist on the desk despite of the long queue, check in monitors were not working, lady on the desk been talking to the patient who hasn't got appointment for ages that made the practitioner marked me as "did not arrive". It's a total mess! Very poor service!!!

I can only say good things about Aspen Medical centre as I have always had great service. The new call back system works brilliantly and I was able to have an appointment and have a prescription the same day. The NHS is under huge pressure at the moment, understandably, but l have found the staff really helpful and professional despite the stressful circumstances.

The receptionists are absolutely AWFUL . Rude and could not care less about the patients . I had a lump I am scared it’s cancerous they told me just wait a month and see if it grows . It’s in my throat . If it grows it might stop me breathing and then they hung up without giving me an appointment because I told them it’s urgent I need to be seen . I would never recommend this doctors . They never answer the phone they are truly awful . The doctors are ok here but you have to get past the awful receptionists first who think they are the most top doctors in the world . They have no medical degree are giving advice to wait a month and see if a maybe cancerous lump grows … disgusting If you hate your job and hate people so much why not find a different job . I would be happy to do your work for you !
