Very poor service provided. Very slow with responses and undertering in trying to understand another person's perspective. Did not fill the client with confidence due to confusing legal documents and explanation. Charged a considerable amount for work performed which was not fully completed.

After using many firms of solicitors over many years, I have never before experienced such an unresponsive and unhelpful firm of solicitors as Aspen Court. Najma Chaudri in particular, has demonstrated and achieved levels of disinterest and indifference I have never previously experienced from a legal professional. Money paid to her firm being allocated elsewhere without recourse to me, failure to supply a detailed completion statement to me upon request even though this is a basic procedural requirement in conveyancing matters, failure to respond to emails and return phone calls in a timely manner, all smack of arrogance and a total disregard for fee paying clients. No response either to a request to invoke their customer complaints procedure. All in all it has been an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience and one which leads me to recommend anyone seeking a good legal firm to look elsewhere.

Recently I used Aspen but had to pull out because of many reasons they still charged me £380 just opening my file by sending me all by emails no cost in postages at all. When asked to send a break down invoice but no sign of it. Not reccommend them sadly
