  Amusing,attractive an abode of hospitality,. Pounds (£) well spent. The rooms are extremely clean, tidy and with comfortable sofas and beds with clean sheets, modern kitchen with all needed utensils, clean cozy shower,bathroom with toilet. Very close to Paddington and with a car parking space and so friendly staffs in the reception. Ask for Sallah, Marcia or Catarina, those are your guides,they will be at your disposal incase you’re in need,meet them and have a lovely stay in Aspen apartment.

  Disastrous hotel. Dirty. Ruined. Ugly customer service. They don’t care. They switched off the heat most of the time to save their money while I paid tons of money to relax, I complained, but they ignored me. I haven’t seen such dirty hotel. Poor customer care. By switching off the heat, we slept freezing. Baaaaad

  Stayed 6 nights at this rejuvenated hotel, at one of their apartment suites. The staff were helpful, but the lift never worked during our visit and the stairs to the apartments were a bit too creaky to my elderly family's liking. The amenities were adequate, in particular the toiletries (if only they hadn't mixed the coconut wash with the red one), and the bedrooms were clean without bedbugs, but the kitchen was another story. The kettle was filthy and the dishwasher was out of order, so our plans of cooking supper went out the window. It is near the Paddington station, so for its price it is rather fair, I guess.

  I booked a hotel for friends, according to their words - everything is wonderful, easy to find, quickly and easily checked in, excellent location, rooms with amenities in the center of St. Petersburg for such a price - just a godsend, the staff responded well to requests, thank you! Special thanks for the extra blankets (I sent a written request to the e-mail, quickly and politely answered, in the end I was pleasantly surprised that the request was fulfilled). Summary: clean, very polite, comfortable, next time to your welcoming hotel. Less: soundproofing ..... But, reacted with understanding, it is hardly possible to constructively separate many rooms in a small area with thick walls. Well-being and prosperity!

Sewer smell in the kitchen, kitchen very poorly equipped to prepare meals but sufficient for simple breakfasts and dinners. Nothing to do the dishes but it was done every morning. Microwave and oven, kettle and toaster, no coffee maker. Be careful with the toaster: it triggers the fire alarm! The sofa bed in the living room is not comfortable. Very heavy doors that cannot stay open. Neighborhood rich in supermarkets and restaurants. (Original) Très bien placé proche de la gare de Paddington. Séjour de 5 jours dans appartement 1 chambre cuisine séjour. Nous étions 3. Appartement défraichit et bruyant. Odeur d'égout dans la cuisine, cuisine très peu équipée pour préparer des repas mais suffisante pour les petits dej et diners simples. Rien pour faire la vaisselle mais elle était faîte chaque matin. Micro onde et four, bouilloire et grille pain, pas de cafetière. Attention avec le grille pain : il déclenche l'alarme incendie ! Le canapé lit du salon n'est pas confortable. Portes très lourdes qui ne peuvent pas rester ouvertes. Quartier riche en superettes et restaurants.
