    Extremely unresponsive, they don’t reply to emails or answer calls for weeks on end. They are kind of rude as well, really not helpful. Instead of them providing a good service and doing their work my partner is the one having to chase them just for an answer. Would not recommend there’s plenty of agencies in London that would be much better help

    Unprofessional and Rude!! Do not go to them. People are extremely rude. I have booked a viewing and took a half day from my office to see the property. I have been trying to reach them to confirm the full post code and to get a confirmation from them that there would be someone at the property to show. I have called them multiple times, they connected once but hung up on me without providing me any more information. Just 5 minutes before the allotted time to me, they sent me a text that they are unable to open the locks as they have got wrong keys. My half day salary was gone, I have travelled to the property and when I said that this is unprofessional, instead of apologising they started to make excuses and being very rude. I would like to share their message ——— We have staff illness and holidays so our office is empty whilst we undertake several viewings we are very busy every 15 mins with more viewings We cannot be held accountable for keys, we do not own the property we are just a letting agent and it would seem the landlord has made a mistake and supplied incorrect keys these things happen unfortunately from time to time We can only advise of the situation and and when we find out and we can only apologise when there is an issue With regards to your request for the postcode Any version of maps, google, Waze etc will lead you to Ancona Road in NW10, there is no immediate need for a full postcode. Furthermore,any search of Google would have provided the full postcode should you really require it. We are with other clients and unable to answer the phone of deal with these types of enquiries at this time. Once again we apologise for any unforeseen inconvenience this has caused and will await an updated set of keys from the landlord before we reschedule any more viewings 1. They could have checked the keys before making the appointment and most importantly PICKING UP THE CALL would be the main key to communicate what’s happening and letting me know that should I come or not! 2. If you are saying that me asking postcode was a wrong thing to do so, let me tell you, I am new to the city, I would like to get a confirmation from your side that someone is at the property for viewing. But if you are saying that you are busy and cannot help the customer with the proper address and other clients are more important to you. Then sorry! But other agencies are doing extraordinary services. Also, if this was so easy then what is the use of POSTCODES? Why do other people use it? 3. Being polite and provide the information is what your job is! First you wasted my time and giving me replies like you are too busy to reply to others and I am not that important person to talk while standing on the street waiting for you to confirm the viewings. 4. If you are too busy every 15 minutes, you should have understood the value of my time also. I have given you time but you failed to provide services. The path should be - Communicate Accept Apologise Be polite But instead you choose to - Blame the landlord Not accepting the mistake Making excuses Being rude
