Rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Modification. To counter their claims I don’t live in one of their buildings even though I have been dealing directly with one of their directors. The building I live in is actually on their profile pictures. But they claim I am not living in one of their blocks to discredit my claims. Please show my post to your directors. The person in question will identify who I am an which building I live in.

Shocking company, do not use. Called out two plumbers for different issues. The first diagnosed the problem in 15 mins then spent 1.5 hours messing with their app to try to charge me. Ended up charging me for 2 hours, £192, thanks. The second plumber was much worse, he said we needed a new boiler and lied and lied about the issue. We ended up getting a British gas person round who said the boiler was perfectly fine and fixed a small issue in 20 mins. Do not trust these people.

Worst ever building management company. They charge double of others in the market with hidden fees. Lease holders are left at the mercy of the company owner James Pickering for works like sale process and Licence to Alter. It was a nightmare for us to renovate the flat we had bought. Huge distress was caused by unreasonable behaviours from management company and no guidance. Overall service quality is very poor with no standards of practice in place despite the high pay and commission fees for major building works.

A parcel that was delivered while I was away had gone missing. The courier recorded the porter as the receiver however he denied receiving it. The security camera in the building was not working during the entire 3 weeks that I was away. Chris, who dealt with me over email, quickly dismissed their responsibility without investigating in detail what happened. Worst service ever.
