Reviews say it all. Poor communication, they contradict themselves, are incompetent, make up lies to blame others, take zero responsibility failings, zero customer service in fact they seem to relish antagonising customers to the point where I had to block all emails and phone calls. Steer well clear if your insurance company suggest using this outfit.

Came to take some samples from my artexed ceiling to see if any asbestos was there, bloke took one look at it n said what a wasted journey as there won't be any asbestos in the artex, continued to remove samples without following asbestos removal protocol, no full face mask, no paper suit, no gloves and didn't seal up the room he was working in, didn't even put the samples in the correct bags which he should of put them in a red bag then into a clear bag, no regards for our safety, rude, arrogant and gave the impression he want really bothered or cared about what he was doing, I think insurance companies should think twice before giving this company any further work as all they are doing is giving them a bad name and reputation. Luckily the samples came back negative otherwise I'd of had to refuse them entry to my property on the ground of health and safety.

This is a truly awful company with zero empathy for customers. I've been waiting weeks for an asbestos removal job to be completed. On the day of the job, they turned up to the wrong address in the next building and then cancelled without notification. I then spoke to their customer service call handlers who offered no help and were refusing to answer my calls to try and get the job re-booked. AVOID.
