I purchased a second hand bunk from a private seller. Sadly the seller had no instructions. I had put it together, but for peace of mind that my children are safe I phoned Aspace helpline. A wondeful lady did not hesitate to help, asked for my email and within 60 seconds I had a pdf manual sent to me. This is what I call north star customer service as they go above and beyond. Lastly I would like to tell you that the Coco bunk is solid as a rock and is built to last, looks stunning unlike the bunk bed we brought new from a certain company that sells meat balls at their outlets :)

At a premium price we expected a premium product so that we had peace of mind that our children would be sleeping comfortably and safely and that the product would provide us with minimal hassle and frustration. Ordering easy, delivery quick and painless. Assembly should have been straightforward but 6 drill holes had not been made fully through the wood so bolts could not be placed. Some time with the drill and the problem was resolved. Other bolts did not fit as they arrived bent! More rectification work required. Not disasters but certainly not commensurate with the price. After just 3 night us my wife noticed that one of the mattress support slats had cracked where as knot in the wood had created a weakness. Poorly executed product with obvious quality control issues as manufacture and dispatch. Not good enough and certainly nowhere near good enough to justify the price premium demanded. Updated: The team at Aspace Holdings have been responsive to my concerns. The quality control relating to the product may have been an anomaly for my order but the service and speed of response has been very good. As a result I have upgraded my star rating.

First class product from a first class company...... the bunk beds are very robust and built to last. If the novelty wears thin, the bunks can also be converted into two beautifully designed single beds.
