    Ordered from them 3 weeks ago. Order not received, contacted customer service on the 7 December , they said I am going to receive the order next working day, if not they are going to send me a replacement order. On the 9th December I have contacted them as I have not received the order or an email regarding my replacement order. I have asked for the replacement order, and they refused to process it and said they've escalated it and to allow 48 hours. On Monday the 12 December , I contacted them because I still haven't received my order or any updates. Customer Service refused to process the replacement order. I have requested a refund, and they've refused to do it, saying that their sistem don't allow them to do it. Basically, they refused the basis Customer Rights, the right to a replacement order or refund. I have contacted the Citezen Advice Bureau as this is shocking customer service and way to treat customer.

    I ordered and paid for 2 silver sequined skirts, 2 different sizes, only 1 was delivered. I supplied the tracking # and it is still a daunting challenge to get acknowledgment of my claim! Buyer beware!!!
