AVOID unless they have your product in stock there and then! Don't make the mistake of ordering any custom outfits from them. I ordered men's Indian outfits from ASN for my wedding in July 2018. Staff are next to useless, more interested in their mobiles than dealing with customers! I've never seen anything like it! When someone finally gets off their phone and serves you, of course they promise the world and basically imply anything is possible! Well, anything is possible but be very prepared to wait for it! To summarise - we ordered 7 outfits and were promised a certain arrival date. As we weren't local, I rang a couple of days before to make sure all was okay. I was told there had been a delay and they weren't ready yet. "few more days" Gave them a few more days, called back, still not ready. I kept calling and calling and this went on for over a week. Only one guy seems to know what is going on with everyone's orders! Was promised another date, didn't arrive till a day after that day! Good job I didn't make the trip over to collect. When it came to collection, saw signs they were CLOSING DOWN. Can't exactly say I was surprised. After speaking to 'staff', they said only half the shop was closing. All seemed very dodgy to me. Anyway, we checked the sizes and measured sleeves etc, only to find that 2 of the outfits were incorrectly made, sleeves were too short (one was short by 4"!). Can't exactly say I was surprised! Even the quality of the outfits was fairly disappointing considering we paid £80 each for a standard cufni. All in all, I would NEVER buy anything from this shop! In fact, most of the shops on Soho Road are the same (except for Diya's). They all promise the world, take your money and then it is down to luck if they come in time! Absolute joke! Only ever buy from this shop if you are taking the item away with you there and then. If you insist on buying from them, make sure you give them a false wedding date (I.e. tell them your wedding is 4/6 weeks earlier than it actually is because I can almost guarantee your order will be late). Build yourself a buffer so it doesn't cause undue stress when it is late. Yes, we got our outfits in time in the end but quality of the outfits was disappointing and customer service level..., well, don't have high expectations! If you want quality, go to Diya's, you might spend a bit more but they are much more reliable (I bought my actual wedding sherwani from them) Hope this helps!

My mum went and got a suit made for my sister, they were friendly enough to get your custom and payment, when it came to collection the attitude was disgusting. The tailor talks nonsense she ain't got a clue what she's doing. My mum found several faults and these numptys made every excuse to try and justify there existance. You clowns have failed big time, more chance of a ufo siting on Soho Road rather then coming back to you. I wouldn't trust you to alter my trousers, your useless. Do not get your clothes from this circus unless you want to look like a clown.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour would not even give a one star rating, seen a nice lady inside saying that her piece was not genuine and she was told to throughly check it, when she did her pearls fell out, she did it with a bit of force but one of the staff members slightly touched it and stones fell off again. Completely ignored her and then tried to sell me the same piece, disgusting behaviour trading standards need to sort these people out because arguing with a customer in front of a customer is not acceptable behaviour when the workers are completely wrong.
