I guess I’m one of the lucky ones who didn’t buy from here. I went to the showroom, was given mixed answers so left confused. The price given was extremely high to what I had been quoted elsewhere. The person I dealt with asked me to pay half the deposit, YES half the deposit which was a high amount. Aren’t I just so lucky? Before I set off to pay a deposit I looked at the reviews on here and was gob smacked. Once piece of advice everyone, check the reviews and don’t go to the first place you see. The other place was so much cheaper and delivered on time with perfect service.

Shocking service. Had to cancel the order, was promised to get the refund and after a month - still nothing. Had to chase them up through calls, messages just to get a response that they dont deal with refunds - there’s a specific person for that on Whatsapp. Person on whatsapp is not responsive. One star is too good for them. Avoid them.

Avoid at all costs! This place should be forced to stop trading. After reading the mixed reviews on here I stupidly decided to give them a chance and ordered a sofa. After making payment I had no contact and had to chase delivery 3 times. After 3 calls and 2 no shows I asked for a refund. I've now had to chase the refund twice and been given more false promises. I'm going to have to give up on this as a bad job and get onto my c.card company to see if they can sort it out. SHOCKING! SHOCKING! SHOCKING!

Paid for a wardrobe on the 18th September 2022 , was told it would be delivered on the 1st October, this was via a WhatsApp message , ( not professional in my mind) when I contacted them to make sure it was still going to be delivered, I was told there had been a problem and it was now due for delivery on the 5th October, fair enough . 5th October came, I received a call from a guy who just said that the driver would not be delivering to me , he was quite rude , didn't know why ,and said he would get someone to contact me , needless to say no one did and after many WhatsApp, texts, emails, voicemails, Facebook messages someone did get back to me and said I would get a refund that would show up on an email to me between 6 and 7pm that night . SUPRISE! NOTHING ! SCAM COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
