Still has a friends bike after almost 6 months, only went in for oil and filter service, and mot. Bike was running but kept cutting out due to vacuum pipe not fitted to fuel tap. Now carb parts seem to have gone missing, bike would not run with these plugs missing, as they were there when the bike went in. Keeps making excuses as to why bikes not ready, ordering parts from Netherlands when there are two excellent Kawasaki spares dealers in the UK. No doubt this review will be removed, but it's about time the bike was returned to the owner, without excess charge, if it was my bike it would be coming home without costing a penny. Avoid this place..
