    Never ever use these people!! I was dealing with a guy called Steve, all seemed fine during the booking and then it came to our wedding day and he was a no show. Called him more times than I could have counted as well as my father in law calling and there was no answer. We had no other choice but to carry on without a horse. The deposit was paid and the remainder was due on the day (per their policy). These people should not be allowed to trade any service. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!! Took a few weeks for them to get back into contact with us to explain why they didn’t show up. Their reason - the car broke down and they couldn’t get there. Someone from the office was meant to call but we had no call, despite them have two mobile numbers. Awful service. Please don’t use these people unless you want your big day ruined!!

    I booked and paid for my white carriage and white horses in 2010. I was informed that Roy was conducting my wedding and would be in the area (Nottingham) about an hour before. I phoned the office as I had not heard anything on the morning of my wedding to be told that Roy had just walked in to the office, (he was supposed to be in Nottingham). I was then told I would get a phone call back with information. but that never happened. £875 I paid for my horse and carriage for it not to turn up on my wedding day and left to go in my neighbours car. Steve advised court that he was bankrupt, only to be still operating after!!! I never got to have my dream wedding, thanks to Asian Wedding Horses. Utter shocking, no apology or anything
