    Dishes were basic, bland & boring. Mild and medium curry had the same level of spice and chilli. GOT CHARGED FOR PAPPADOM SAUCES FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE & HIDDEN 15% SERVICE CHARGE FOR 2 PEOPLE! Table service was certainly not worth 15% as waiter did not know basic dishes on the menu and could not describe ingredients or flavours. Decoration was strange, some sort of desktop screensaver style with international beaches, not a very consistent deco to go with the food.

    Fantastic old-school Indian food served by very friendly and hospitable staff. I highly recommend this restaurant. It changed ownership recently and the previous owner Alum is certainly missed, but the new owners are keeping the standards and the hospitality as it was before.
