I have written around 6 emails now requesting a refund as I told them I no longer needed their services regarding getting me a Kenyan visa and I have no communication only " Why I wanted a refund " . AND " Could I keep it in the system for when I needed the visa "??? I explained to them the day after I requested their services due to unforseen circumstances regarding my health I can no longer travel to Kenya and request my £84.34 refunded .they responded to me that it is now their holiday so that is why the contact number isn't in use ??? I want my refund back asap .
