Ashworth grange is a very friendly and welcoming environment. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable are always willing to help! The residents have daily choices of lots of different activities, various home cooked meals and snacks. It is a clean and comfortable home for residents to feel safe and comfortable in.

I have worked at Ashworth as the Activities coordinator for 3 months now. The staff are all so lovely and it’s clear to see everyone is passionate about their work, staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents are happy. I couldn’t ask for a more supportive manager or colleagues, everyone is always more than willing to help eachother. The whole team here are fantastic and treat the residents the way they’d treat their own family members. Lovely place to work. We really are one big happy family xx

We have recently gained a 5* rating from environmental health which myself and the rest of the team are really proud of. All of our staff go above and beyond to encourage and support our residents to live a happy and enjoyable life at Ashworth Grange. Everyone in the home including management all support each other and work together doing different job roles if needed.

I’ve worked here for three years now, the home is so welcoming from when you first walk in. The staff team are like your second family and we all get on really well. The management team are always there when you need anything and are very understanding. I feel that residents that come into Ashworth grange have so much fun there’s always some events going on for them and the staff members always go above and beyond within these activities to make them fun. So pleased that we won home of the year at Ashworth Grange.
