Many I am sure rate the garden centre too but I only agree to go for the exceptional experience of the Sunday Roast lunch. The puddings are superb too. Step back in time for service and atmosphere but a step forward in quality and value.

Plant focused with an extensive selection of evergreens in particular. Attractively laid out with many shrubs and young trees.

Went here today for the first time for some lunch, service was quick, had a sandwich which was lovely and fresh and reasonably priced , downside to the cafe is that its very busy on a Sunday and tables are scarce around lunchtime as tables are taken around 11.30 by people waiting for Sunday lunch which doesn't get served till 12 o clock. So if you just want a light bite then it's pot luck if you get a table. Sadly the prices in the garden ventre are quite expensive but they do look quality plants. I will go back, just not on a Sunday.

Exceptional service. Ordered one day and delivered by 11 the following day. Well packed plant, No damage. And the plant was a very good specimen. Much bigger than I have come to expect from plants sent by mail order. The plant was in good health & happy. Thank you.

My wife died recently and I wanted to improve a slightly run down area of the garden in her memory. My plant knowledge is virtually none existent. With advice I settled on several bush roses with a long flowering season and spring bulbs. Most helpful and considerate with a 'dummy'. Extra comment after 4 months. Some of the rose leaves looked damaged or eaten. The advice was, as before first class as to what action to take and no hard sell for loads of products.
