    This doctors is awful, I used ask my gp and it took them about a month to respond. Finally after they responded they said I needed samples with results back in a week I went in about 3 times between a week and a month later and they didn’t have results around 4 months later they still hadn’t told me them so I had to go in and ask for them when they still didn’t tell me about a week later they finally called me and told me and prescribed me something which they said would be at the pharmacy in 4 hours I went a week later and apparently she never prescribed them. I phoned them up and they said I’d have to buy it myself over the counter. They lied to me wasted my time and expected me to pay when I am only 16 when she told me she can prescribe me it and won’t have to pay anymore. They don’t care at all about my health or probably anyone’s, never ever use this doctors as they just waste your time. It’s quit obvious the doctors are untrained and have no clue what there talking about as they tell me something different every single time

    Completely unacceptable and unprofessional people this surgery it is the worse surgery in my opinion in Manchester I have been with them for long time my condition it is getting worse year by year and they do not care at all about my health and they Do not respond to requests for long time I rate them zero if the is number below zero that would be the number they get by me I advise patience to keep away from this surgery the is no fallow up by doctors or care.

The staff are so polite and respectful, and are always available for the help and support. If you’re looking for a gp surgery to join then this is the perfect surgery.

    I’ve had great support from some doctors here, although with their working patterns and the appointment system I’ve found it difficult to get the same doctor each time. Patients are strongly advised to use the online ‘askmygp’ tool to reduce the number of phone calls to reception, and I have become accustomed to using that now. I usually hear back promptly but it seems the default response is a telephone appointment. I expect that this is a necessary cost saving measure and may enable more patients to speak to a doctor the same day, but from a patient experience perspective it’s unfortunate. Sometimes when you’re struggling with your health you want to speak face to face with a medical professional rather than have what feels like a rushed phone call. Also sometimes a physical examination is a far more effective way for a GP to determine the best treatment. It's a waste of time to get a poor diagnosis over the phone, as ultimately you'll still require a face-to-face appointment later on if the issue is not resolved.

    Moved to this surgery a couple of yrs ago after being at Chorlton Medical Centre. It's now refreshing have calls answered reasonable quickly & when I have used Ask MyGp, have received a call from a doctor the same morning & been invited in the same day. Reception staff have always been helpful & a doctor referred me & a long term prob has now been resolved.

It has been difficult for everyone over the last few years.. The Doctors, Practice Nurses,and the Admin staff have done us all proud!..
