I have a rescue dog and only had him for a few weeks. I wanted to use Ashtree as my dog had been there when with the rescue charity, even though its quite far from me, to ensure he felt secure. Ryan has been fantastic from the start, helping me when I had problems with the website, to the first time I dropped my dog off. My dog was frightened with yet another change and I was really tired and stressed. Ryan helped both of us and my dog was so happy there he wasn't bothered about coming home! Used the kennels a few times since when I have to work away and my dog is always happy and there. He is a very reactive dog but they know him, his triggers and how to work with him and keep me informed with his behaviours etc. Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Ryan & co

First time send my 3 dogs to a kennel they stayed at ashtree for 4 weeks and I can honestly say what an amazing place.. Ryan was amazing keeping me updated on the dogs sending me videos of them playing outside set my mind at ease. One of my dogs was quiet shy to begin with but came out of his shell. Came to pick them up and they was happy and healthy looks to have put weight on too. The staff are amazing I can't thank you guys enough for looking after my dogs I would definitely recommend this kennel to anyone.

My dog stayed here for 10 days while on holiday only have to say are you going to kennels and she is jumping around like a crazy dog 😂 Staff amazing with her as she can be fussy she has come home happy and so chilled out. See you all soon and thank you for looking after her so good 😊

Unfortunately we had a really bad experience whilst using this boarding kennels. I recently took my dog for 6 days whilst away on holiday. My dog has been to other kennels so he is quite experienced. When I dropped my dog off I left him with a blanket which smelt of home to use it as a comforter and his two favourite toys. Up on collecting him his blanket has been lost, one of the teddy’s has admittedly been thrown in the bin and another one came back black and soaking wet through. My dog has also come back having visibly lost weight on his back end and completely lost his voice after being left to sit and bark on his own. Unfortunately I feel I had to write this review as when I phoned up and asked what had happened a certain staff member named “ryan” got aggressive with me over the phone and threatened to turn up at my house. I hardly ever leave reviews on Google but I felt in this case it was more then necessary.

Having never trusted any kennels before with our dogs we have now used Ashtree twice for our rescue dog from Romania. The team are experienced and knowledgeable providing boarding in a tranquil area of Yorkshire. They are respectful of the training programme our dog is currently undertaking and do not compromise it during her stay. Would definitely recommend the boarding and training.

Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Beautiful and well looked after premises with a lovely selection of treats, shampoos and other training tools in the office. Very welcoming and knowledgeable owners who make the effort to provide the best service possible for your fur baby. Thank you soo much! Ps. The facilities at Ashtree are amazing. Set in the most stunning surroundings and maintained to a high standard, you know that your dog will be safe and well cared for with Ryan. I have sought support from Ryan with regards to boarding and training advice and have never been disappointed. Work that he has done with one of my dogs is transformative - highly recommend
