He got the tone and wording just right and again made the whole process on the day so easy and comfortable. Amazing from start to finish we had a wicker basket and white horses and was absolutely out of this world beautiful. Ashtons arranged my dad’s funeral. I know my dad would have wanted to support local family run businesses rather than a big organisation. From my first phone call with Alison, and her warmth on the telephone I just knew Ashtons was the perfect choice for dad’s funeral. Arranging the funeral was something new to me, and Alison guided me every step of the way, to make sure everything was perfect on the day of dad’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, Alison always had time & dealt with me in a lovely caring manor. On the day of the funeral Eddie & his team, couldn’t have done any more, and with Ashtons help the day was a real celebration of Dad’s life, and they helped make the day special. Ashtons have been amazing in helping me arrange my dads funeral. I have never had to arrange a funeral before & they ensured I had all the details I needed, they answered any questions & queries I had. They were friendly & helpful & even getting the Range Rover hearse was accommodated. They took care of everything & made it a really easy experience. I did arrange our own flowers & after ceremony venue but they did give me advice on suitable florists & possible venues. The funeral was just what we wanted & they were very professional from the very first call I made to them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is unsure about what to do & want a first class service. They made a daunting task really easy to accomplish.
