They came out to see whether they could repair our 20 year old double oven or not. They said it could be repaired and despite its age did not press us to buy a new one from them however we opted for a replacement. We bought from them and the initial call out charge for the potential repair was cancelled. New oven delivered on next working day (which was a Monday). Friendly & efficient installation. Fitting charge half of major online company's quote and free disposal of old oven included. Competitive price as well for the new oven. Service: Household appliance installation

Went into Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd last Wednesday afternoon to look for a new dishwasher. Spoke to Oliver, and with his help we decided which model to get. There was no pushy sales talk. A very pleasant guy, he even apologised for not being able to deliver the machine until today [Monday] I was expecting to have to wait longer. He said it would be delivered today between 10 and 12. Just before 10 this morning the van turned up and Wayne & Josh got straight on with removing the old machine and installing the new one. All done in about 30 minutes. Everything back to the way it was, no mess left and the machine was tested before they went away. Both polite friendly guys. This has been a very good experience and I will be going to Ashton Domestic Appliances Ltd whenever I need any new appliances. Can't rate them highly enough
