Having been a tenant going on my 6th year I have found that they really do not care for the tenants needs unless you happen to be late on your rent. When expecting a call on a matter you've urgently been trying to chase them up for never happens as if you're not worthy of being called back. You have to do all the chasing. The customer first team haven't got a clue what they're talking about telling you things that they want you to hear but delivering nothing. Recently it's taken me atleast 40mins to get through to them if I try to call. Terrible is a too kind word to describe them. Incompetent and self serving hungry for your rent money but not maintaining their properties in good order. The merge with greensquare has no made no difference as far as I'm concerned.

If I could give them 0 stars I really would. Worse housing association to rent with. Care nothing about customers. Communication is 0 stars. Staff need to be trained on customer service. They show absolutely no empathy for their customers but are quick to call you when your rent is overdue. Blocked drain since June, arrived in September to clear. Drain cleared for one day, made contact with customer first and explained what needed to be done. They arrived 3 weeks later with the same tools as the previous job, ofcourse this didn't UNBLOCK the drain. Still waiting for Ashram to contact me to book another date in. WISH ME LUCK!!!! WOULDN'T HOLD MY BREATH. 0 stars from me.

If i could vote 0 i would!!! They will be the first to call you about rent but would never ever help you with repairs. I have waited over 4 years for repairs and they half do the job. Have to pay for damages their repairs team failed to fix. Horrible horrible horrible.

Been a tenant since 1995 in what used to be brand new built for Mosely and District Churches Association, since it joined with Accord and Ashram associations the standard of building and garden maintenance have dropped to below ZERO I spent hundreds of pounds money I sacrificed last summer decorating inside, today I have at least a pint a day to mop off ROTTING windows and ledges because the drains on the roof are blocked and can see a garden growing there. Too old to move too tiered to keep complaining to that place who are immoral taking rent and service charges for living conditions only desperate war refugees should settle with. ZERO fig fat 0⃣ as review mark and 💯 opposite what an ASHRAM means
