Looks great. But the area at night, especially at the weekend is polluted by terrible noise. 50+ cars, sometimes 200+ drifting and racing between Bluewater and Crossways business park. Police do nothing. It’s been going on for 6 years and keeps the whole area awake. If you’re investing, fair enough. What have you got to lose? If you’re planning on choosing here to live, think very hard and do your research. Local residents groups will show you all you need to know. Many long-standing locals can’t wait to move away.
