I had a recent spell of lower back pain and my sciatica flared up after several years of being under control. My mobility was somewhat restricted and I found Ashlins on-line after I could no longer tolerate the pain. The treatment was thorough and at every stage I was told what was being done and, more importantly, why. After my first therapy session there was some relief, but on my second visit, there was significant improvements which relieved most of my pain. Paul is very professional and skilled in his line of work. I would recommend Ashlins for an outstanding and sympathetic approach to back pain.

As someone who enjoys massage very much, I found Alex's style really relaxing and effective. I travel often and have massages regularly in different countries, Alex's massage was one of the best I've ever had!
