I was in search of an eternity ring and found the perfect one at Ashely's with the help of their experienced staff team. Upon purchasing the ring, they offered to clean my wife's engagement ring then clean and resize my wife's and wedding ring for free. This was no trouble at all with my wife engagement but due to stone placement on the wedding ring they informed me it would have to be sent off to a specialist jeweller. After a few back and Forths between them, the jeweller and myself they were struggling to find anyone to have a go at it, in fear of ruining the ring itself. This is when the jeweller that works at Ashely's stepped in and after a long and painful process managed to resize the ring and re-bed some of the stones that had fallen out in the process. I had nearly given up hope on my wife being able to wear it again (hadn't worn it properly since we were in our early 20's) so I was ecstatic to receive the call that it was done. You can't even tell that it's been made slightly bigger and looks better than ever. Thank you to all the staff at Ashley's that helped get the ring back to me and wife.

I have been using this jewellers for over 10 years and always receive a warm welcome. Terry has made three items for me which were as I'd hoped and once delivered a ring to my home address in time for Christmas! Terry always tries to repair items on the day if he can, but if it takes longer then it's not too long to wait. Highly recommend.

My husband bought me a new engagement ring from Ashleys. The ring did not sit quite right with my wedding ring, so they altered it within half an hour so the two sat comfortably and as a bonus my rings were polished. I was very happy, great service.
