A massive thanks to Rob & Josh from Ashley Wood who just happened to turn up this evening in Salisbury whilst I was waiting (I'd been there almost 6hrs for the RAC who were still no closer to recovering me) and had a quick look under my bonnet, realised the problem and fixed it in 2 mins!! Whilst waiting for another recovery service, Kieran drove past us, turned back on himself, despite it being on a major A road and came to ask us how he could help. He kindly towed us to the nearest petrol station, and then got the car started again. This saved us three hours and it was totally off his own back. It was one of the kindest things that could possibly happen. So thank you to Ashley Wood recovery.

My van broke down, and Ashley Wood Recovery was "sent to the rescue" as RAC's "trusted partner". Someone came with a van, and said his colleague will come with a recovery vehicle in three hours. He never showed up, and they didn't even call me. I was left there to freeze in the van. By the way, I couldn't even turn on the engine to stay warm. Spending a February night in a vehicle, without any heating, is an unforgettable experience, if you would like to try it call Ashley Wood Recovery. Unfortunately it's not possible to give less than one star

Thank you so much to the lad who came out today to help me, I was stranded for over 3 hours and emergancy assist LTD didn't tell them I was disabled and that my car was electric just to drop me off at a swimming complex- explained there's a charging point at Romsey rapids but he took me all the way home in Southampton! Honestly can't thank you enough for driving out of your way to help me!

Waste of time and rude technicians, they guy came out to us to repair some damage, misunderstood directions to our location and was totally rude and ignorant when he eventually arrived 3hrs after the initial call out! Contractor for Crouch Recovery, they should think seriously about who they contract out too! The technician even tried to fix the damage with duct tape until he realised it wouldn’t stick. Don’t bother using these people call someone with some expertise
