Avoid this firm. My 90 year old Grandmother used them on the purchase of a leasehold property. 2 years after the purchase there are still issues as Tony Wilson didn't do the conveyancing right. At the same time as instructing them for this, my grandmother used them for another matter. Tony Wilson completely mucked this up and we had to get a direct access barrister to deal with the numerous litigation issues. Her barrister could not believe the level of incompetence of Tony Wilson. Mr Wilson seldom responds to emails or telephone calls and when he does feel like doing so, he comes up with endless excuses. Avoid using this firm. You have been warned. Terrible customer service with a shocking lack of professionalism, and due diligence.

I instructed Ashley Wilson after another firm of solicitors left my house purchase hanging in the balance due to a complete lack of interest and activity. The difference between the other solicitor and Ashley Wilson was night and day. Right from the off Tony and Michelle were responsive, very attentive and completely turned things around for me. I genuinely feel like anything I write here will still undersell just how amazing they were at getting this deal over the line.
